At NextHome Triad Realty, we recognize that the Real Estate Industry is changing and most Brokerages and Agents are NOT! With the new Seller Select Plus Program, YOU decide how much of the listing fee is shared with a Buyer's Agent...if any!
The main feature of Seller Select Plus is that it gives YOU, the seller more control over how the listing fee is distributed between the Listing Agent and the Buyer's Agent. In many cases, when a property is sold, the listing fee is shared between both agents involved in the transaction. However, with this program, sellers have the flexibility to choose how much, if any, of the listing fee they want to share with the Buyer's Agent.
By providing these different options, Seller Select aims to give sellers more flexibility in deciding how they want to structure the fees involved in selling their property. This approach might be appealing to sellers who want to have more control over the costs associated with their property's sale and tailor it to their specific needs and preferences.
